1. Definitions & Interpretation

The meanings of the following terms used in these Terms are described below:

• "Platform" — The mv77 website, mobile version, and all associated services.
• "User" or "Member" — Any person who has registered on mv77 or is using its services.

Each user may open only one account. If a single person holds multiple accounts, mv77 has the right to cancel all of them and seize the balances. All information provided at registration must be accurate and complete.

2.3 Updating Information

If any information provided at registration changes, the user is responsible for updating it. mv77 will not be liable for any issues arising from incorrect or outdated information.

3. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on mv77 is ৳100 (one hundred taka). Accepted payment methods for deposits are: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Transactions using a third-party bank account or under another person's identity are strictly prohibited.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals can only be made via the same payment method used to deposit funds into the account.

3.3 Verification

mv77 may require identity verification before processing any withdrawal. We reserve the right to hold withdrawals pending if there is a delay or failure in verification. In cases of suspicious transactions, withdrawals may be held until the necessary investigation is complete.

4. Bonus & Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

mv77 offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example — depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳2,000 bonus, for a total balance of ৳3,000. Or depositing ৳10,000 gives you a maximum bonus of ৳8,000, for a total balance of ৳18,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw winnings from a bonus, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount. Example: if you receive a ৳2,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳30,000 in wagers before withdrawing. Wagering requirements apply only to the bonus amount — not to the original deposited funds.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer must be used within a specified period.
• If fraud or a breach of terms is detected on an account while a bonus is active, mv77 has the right to cancel the bonus.
• Claiming bonuses on multiple accounts from the same household or the same device is prohibited.
• mv77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

5. VIP Program

mv77's VIP program has four tiers. Each tier offers a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze — Up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver — Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold — Up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum — Up to 1.2% weekly cashback

Through regular participation and active gaming, users can gradually advance to higher VIP tiers. mv77 reserves the right to modify the terms of VIP benefits.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mv77 platform and may result in account cancellation and balance forfeiture:

• Creating or operating an account using another person's identity.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any illegal financial activity.
• Using bots, automated software, or any other technical tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Abusing the bonus system or attempting to withdraw a bonus without meeting the required conditions.
• Any attempt to disrupt the normal operation of the platform.
• Threatening, harassing, or disrespecting other users.
• Accessing the platform from a restricted territory using a proxy or VPN.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 mv77's Authority

mv77 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at any time, without giving a reason — particularly in cases of breach of these Terms.

7.2 Voluntary Closure by User

7.3 Inactive Accounts

For accounts that have been inactive for an extended period, mv77 may impose a maintenance fee or close the account. Users will be notified in advance where possible.
